📄 Return & Refund Policy (Printify / Made-to-Order)

Returns & Exchanges

All items are made-to-order and part of our limited edition drops.

Because of this, we do not accept returns or exchanges for:

  • Incorrect size selection
  • Change of mind
  • Ordering the wrong item

Please review sizing charts and product details carefully before purchasing.


Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Orders

If something isn’t right, we’ll fix it.

You are eligible for a free replacement or refund if your item:

  • Arrives damaged
  • Has a printing error
  • Is incorrect (wrong item/size sent)

To request a replacement/refund:

  • Contact us within 7 days of delivery
  • Provide:
    • Order number
    • Clear photos of the issue

👉 We will work with our production partner (Printify) to resolve the issue quickly.


Order Processing & Cancellations

All products are processed automatically through our fulfillment partner.

  • Orders can only be canceled or modified within 2 hours of purchase
  • After production begins, changes are no longer possible

Refunds (if approved)

  • Issued to your original payment method
  • Processing time: 5–10 business days

Lost or Delayed Packages

Once your order has been shipped, we are not responsible for carrier delays.

However, if your package is:

  • Lost in transit
  • Marked delivered but not received

Contact us and we’ll do our best to help resolve the issue.


Limited Edition Policy

Our products are part of limited drops:

  • Designs may be removed at any time
  • Items may not be restocked
